Pigment Blue 15:2 (CI 74160)

CI 74160, also referred to as copper phthalocyanine (CuPc), is a vivid synthetic blue pigment used as a colorant. While it is permitted for use in Europe, it is not allowed in cosmetics according to the US FDA.
