Artemisia capillaris flower extract is an extract from a Chinese species of wormwood, Artemisia capillaris (capillary wormwood). The flower extract is used for its soothing and anti-inflammatory properties in skincare products aimed at sensitive skin.
It is currently under research as a potential treatment for psoriasis. It has been used in Chinese traditional medicine as a bitter liver tonic.
